1. Do you travel for session?

Absolutely! I photograph sessions throughout the Chicago suburbs and surrounding areas. Travel within a designated service area is included in your session fee.

If your desired location is outside my service area, a small travel fee may apply depending on the distance. If you have a special location in mind, feel free to let me know when inquiring, and I'll be happy to provide more details.

I love exploring new locations and helping families find the perfect backdrop for their memories!

2. Do you help with planning our session?

Absolutely! I'm here to help make the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible. From choosing the perfect location to offering outfit guidance and answering any questions you may have, I'll help you prepare every step of the way.

My goal is to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience so you can focus on making memories with your loved ones while I capture the genuine moments that matter most.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens, especially with little ones! If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. One complimentary reschedule is included due to illness, family emergencies, or inclement weather.

Session retainers are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and time on my calendar. However, your retainer can be applied to a future session if you reschedule within 6 months of your original session date.

If you need to cancel your session completely, the retainer will be forfeited. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

My goal is to make the experience as stress-free as possible while ensuring I can continue serving all of my clients fairly.

For outdoor sessions: If weather conditions are unfavorable, I will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! All sessions include professionally edited digital images delivered through a private online gallery, where you can easily view, download, and share your photos.

High-quality prints and other keepsakes may also be available for purchase directly through your gallery, allowing you to turn your favorite moments into lasting memories for your home and family.

5. Can we bring our dog or pet to the session?

Absolutely! Pets are family too, and I love including them in sessions whenever possible. Whether it's your dog, cat, or another beloved pet, I'll help incorporate them naturally into your photos while keeping the experience fun and relaxed.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I love when clients share ideas, inspiration photos, or specific moments they'd like captured. My goal is to create images that feel meaningful and personal to you.

While my photography style focuses on natural, candid interactions and genuine connections, I'm always happy to incorporate any must-have poses or special requests during your session. Together, we'll create a gallery that beautifully tells your story while capturing the moments that matter most to you and your family.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course! I want you to feel comfortable and excited before your session. We can connect by phone, email, or video call to discuss your vision, location ideas, outfit choices, and any questions you may have.

Getting to know each other beforehand helps create a more relaxed experience and allows me to better capture your family's unique personality and story.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

I know how exciting it is to see your photos! Final galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session date. Event and party galleries may take a little longer depending on the number of images captured.

Once your gallery is ready, you'll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can easily view, download, and share your images.

My goal is to carefully edit each photo to ensure you receive a beautiful gallery you'll treasure for years to come.
